Larry Dale Phillips, 54, died April 24, 2003, at his home in Shelton, Wash.

He was born July 16, 1948, in Jonesboro to Larry and Mary (Turner) Phillips. He married Lynn (North) Phillips on Jan. 1, 1991. He was preceded in death by one brother, Dewey L. Phillips, in 1980.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn North Phillips of Shelton; one brother, James Phillips of Sacramento, Calif.; one sister, Brenda Alley of Elk Grove, Calif. and his beloved dogs, Bisquit and Jake.

The funeral service was at Hope Chapel in Shelton on Tuesday, April 29.
