Born in Bay, he had lived most of his life in the Bay and Harrisburg areas. Mr. Hickmas was a retired farmer and was a member of County Line Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by two sisters, three brothers and his parents, Joe and Exie Bell Kirkwood Hickman.
Mr. Hickman is survived by his wife, LaVerne Coker Hickman of the home; two daughters, Paula Osment and Donna Loggins, both of Harrisburg; son, Larry Don Hickman of Blytheville; seven grandchildren, Terry Osment Jr., Jason Osment, Christina Gibson, Brandon Peeler, Jared Peeler, Lyndsy Loggins and Matthew Loggins; and three great-grandchildren, Taylor Samuel Osment, Morgan Lynn Osment and Isabella Brianne Gibson.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 16, in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, with Allen Ashlock officiating. The burial followed in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Joey Osment, Jason Osment, Brandon Peeler, Jared Peeler, Matthew Loggins and Brian Gibson. Honorary pallbearers were Billy Hickman, Cletus Collins, Odell Everhart, Tommy Glover, Max Jones, Radie Hill, Lowell Brooks and Chad Hill.
