Mrs. Leona Regina Richardson, 82, of Trumann, passed away July 16, 2003, at Regional Medical Center of NEA in Jonesboro.

Mrs. Richardson was born in Streator, Ill., and had lived in Trumann since 1963. She was a housewife and a member of Parkview Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie E. Richardson in 1991, one son, Robert Wright, one grandson, three brothers and was the daughter of the late Henry and Helen Stephan Wright.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Viola Eberhard of Battle Creek, Mich.; two grandchildren, Mrs. Carrie Chisholm of Scott Air Force Base, Ill., and Danny Wright from San Francisco, Calif.; special friends, Dean and Linda Richardson of Jonesboro; and one great-granddaughter.

Funeral services were held Friday, July 18, in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Paul Vincent with Bill Maxwell officiating. The burial followed at Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro.

Active pallbearers were Bubba Reese, Cecil Daves, Buddy Helton, Danny Hooker, Jackie Richardson and Ronnie Sammons. Honorary pallbearers were the men of Parkview Baptist Church.
