William Leon Deloach

William Leon Deloach, Sr, 67, of Fayetteville, Ark., formerly of Bentonville, died Wednesday, September 3, 2003, at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville, Ark., after a long battle with complications of diabetes.

Mr. Deloach was born on April 13, 1936 in Trumann. He came to Bentonville in 1976 from Hot Springs, Ark., and was the owner of a siding and home improvement business for over 25 years as well as a homebuilder. He was a member of the Bella Vista Church of Christ and the homebuilder association.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sally Deloach; a son, William Leon Deloach, Jr. of Fayetteville; four daughters, Deborah K. Hughes of Cave Springs, Ark., Lesia R. Parrish of Rogers, Ark., Xochitl M. Baxter of Fayetteville and Gabriella Y. Lee of Woodlands, Texas; one brother, Charles Deloach of Cherokee Village, Ark.; four sisters, Lottie McMahan of Cedar Bluff, Miss., Betty Jean Culbreath of Cold Water, Miss., Shirley Moore of Marion, Ark., and Phyllis Henley of Charlotte, Ark.; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Sunday, September 07, 2003, at Backstrom-Pyeatte Chapel in Bentonville with Randall Castleman officiating. The burial followed at the Bentonville cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Bella Vista Church of Christ in Bella Vista, Ark.
