Melissa Jean MacMurray of Warrenton, Va., passed away on Oct. 13, 2003, at her personal residence. She was 65 years old.

Mrs. MacMurray was born in Trumann on Sept. 30, 1938. She was a 1956 graduate of Trumann High School and worked as an executive assistant. She was preceded in death by her father, Doyle Wade Martin.

Mrs. MacMurray is survived by her husband, Peter H. MacMurray of Warrenton, Va.; mother, Myrtle Richards Martin of Trumann; two daughters, Donna S. Ferguson of Virginia Beach, Va., and Darci L. Richard of Clifton, Va.; brother, Garcy Martin of Trumann; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. MacMurray were held Oct. 16, at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington, Va. A memorial service will be held in Trumann at a later date.
