The Rev. Kenneth Doke officiated, and burial followed in Macedonia Cemetery at Jonesboro.
Active pallbearers were Kelly Baker, Kyle Bryant, Floyd Inzer, Marty McDaniel, Barry Morgan, Johnny Moss and Johnathan Picklesimer.
Honorary pallbearers were Dewan Morgan and Vernon Owens.
Born in Batesville, he had lived in Trumann for the last 60 years. He was retired from the Singer Company and Baldwin Company in Trumann and was of the Baptist belief.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Louise Tatum of the home; one daughter, Ann Adams of Nashville, Tenn.; one son, Ricky Alan Tatum of Marion; one sister, May Willean Swain of Trumann; two grandchildren, Brian Roberts of Little Rock and Hope Glover of Cordova, Tenn.; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
