Born in Alabama, she had spent most of her life in Trumann and was a retired nurse's aide for Dr. Floyd Smith and was a member of the Providence Baptist church.
Survivors include four daughters, Greta Davis and Connie Cole, both of the home, Joan Pruitt of Trumann and Nina Riley of Marion; four sons, Marvin Davis, Jackie Davis and Jimmy H. Davis, all of Trumann and Glenn Davis of Jonesboro; two sisters, Linda Boydston-Whaley of Liberty, Mo., and Carolyn Thorn of Trumann; one brother, E. C. Dunman Jr., of Flint, Mich.; 21 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Hickman Davis, her parents, E.C. Dunman Sr. and Carrie Alma Webster Dunman; one grandson; and three sisters.
Funeral services were Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, at Providence Baptist Church in Trumann with Rev. Bobby Brooks officiating. Burial followed Jonesboro Memorial Park under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann.
Pallbearers were Chad Davis, David Davis, Shane Davis, Kenny Pruitt, Ricky Pruitt and Marty Riley.
