Born in Mississippi, she was a lifelong Trumann resident and a homemaker. She was of the Pentecostal belief.
Survivors include one daughter, Patsy Ann Simpson of Trumann; two sons, Randy Lee Steen and James Edward Steen, both of Trumann; two sisters, Dorthy Maybelle Kilgore and Gerthie Faye Mack, both of Trumann; three brothers, J.C. Armstrong, R.C. Armstrong and Ray Armstrong, all of Mississippi; 11 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Mary Acker and Sue Russell; one son, Thomas Ray Steen; her parents, and three brothers.
The Rev. Chad Graves officiated, and burial followed in Marked Tree Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Greg Rouse, Keith Rost, Rick Sanchez, Joey Bloodworth, Derek Bloodworth and David Russell Jr.
Honorary pallbearers were David Russell Sr., Johnny Armstrong and Lloyd Bloodworth.
