Born at Daingerfield, Texas, she lived in Jonesboro and Bono most of her life and was a member of Old Enterprise Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha Phillips of Jonesboro; a brother, Willie Joe Kilgore of Trumann; and two grandchildren, Ashley Phillips and Charity Phillips, both of Jonesboro.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Gairhan, and three brothers.
Graveside services were Friday, Feb. 27, at Old Enterprise Cemetery, with the Rev. Ernest Cornish officiating. Gregg Funeral Home of Jonesboro was in charge of arrangements.
Honorary pallbearers were Herbert Whittingham, Charles Mullins, Jim McCoy, Tommy Cox, Derek White and Gary Kibby.
