Woodrow Wilson "Woody" Turner, 53, of Trumann died Sunday, April 25, at his residence.

Born in Trumann, he had lived most of his life in Trumann and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife, Levita Ann Turner of the home; and a son, Brandon Turner Smith of Bentonville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Woody Wilson Turner Sr. and Pauline Wilson Turner.

A memorial service was Thursday, April 29, in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann, with the Rev. Jim Thresher officiating. Burial will be private in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
