Delmer E. Gann, 78, of Harrisburg died Friday, June 11, at the Trumann Health and Rehab Center.

Born at Ravenden Springs, he spent most of his life in Harrisburg. He was an Army veteran of World War II, a farmer, Mason and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son, Steve Gann of Harrisburg; one daughter, Sharon Secrease of Harrisburg; two sisters, Helen Kemper of Trumann and Marion Whitt of Harrisburg; one brother, Russell Gann of Pacific, Mo.; three grandchildren, Susan Taylor, Jenifer Andrews and Steven Gann; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Patterson Gann, and his parents, Marion and Birdie Gann.

Funeral services were Sunday, June 13 at the Weston Funeral Service chapel in Harrisburg, with the Rev. Captain Lovell officiating. Burial followed in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery.

Nephews served as pallbearers.
