Shelby Jean Burns, 63, of Trumann passed away on July 12 at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro of natural causes.

She was born in Keiser and had lived in Trumann for the past 12 years, formerly of Jonesboro. She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Banks and one brother, John Buddy Banks.

She is survived by one daughter, Michelle Haner of Greenville, Miss.; one son, Bill G. Burns of Lake Village; her mother, Lura Davis Banks of Trumann; five sisters, Christine Roach of Mountain Home, Linda Vaughn of Paragould, Fair Rouse of Trumann, Catherine Brown of Jonesboro and Rhonda McGuire of Harrisburg; one brother, Jimmy Banks of Trumann, one granddaughter, Ashley Mazzanti; one grandson, Joshua Dillon Burns and two step-grandsons, Jeremiah Stewart and Billy Wayne Stewart.

Burial will follow a private funeral service in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
