She was born in Poplar Bluff, Mo and had lived in Trumann since 1975 and was formerly of St. Louis, Mo. She was retired from Parker Hannifin and a member of the First Assembly of God in Trumann.
She was preceded in death by three brother and her parents, Holland James and Ola May James Fields.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Wayne Guin of the home, one daughter, Barbara Renee Montemayor of Paragould; one son, Paul Wayne Guin of Millington, Tenn.; three brothers, Elvon Fields of St. Louis, Mo. and Winford Fields and Willard Fields both of Missouri and one granddaughter, Krystal Montemayor of Paragould.
Funeral services were Wednesday, July 21 at the First Assembly of God Church in Trumann with Rev. Kenneth Doke officiating. Burial followed in Potters Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto.
