Elder Sherman Lewis O'Guinn

Elder Sherman Lewis O'Guinn, 76, formerly of Trumann passed away on Dec. 23, 2004.

He was a veteran of the Korean War and Chaplin of the Korean War Veterans Chapter 6 of St. Charles. He worked for McDonnell Douglas, Corp. for 29 years before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Martha O'Guinn and one brother, Bobby Charles O'Guinn.

He is survived by his wife, Marceal A. Vernon O'Guinn of St. Charles, Mo., his children of R. Michael (Angie) O'Guinn of Wentzville, Mo., Paul Reynolds O'Guinn and Kathy Louise (Joe) Kanack of St. Charles, Mo., Martha Ann (Frank) Ames of Wright City, Mo. and Karen Sue (Larry) Kettinges of Chesterfield, Va.; one brother, John W'Guinn of Winston- Salem, NC; one sister, Evelyn O'Guinn of Ashland, NC; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Paul Funeral Homes of St. Charles.
