Hugh William Craig, Jr., 60, of Smithville passed away Monday, Feb. 14, 2005 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain home.

He was born in Trumann and lived there until ten years ago when he moved to Smithville. He was retired from Parker-Hanifan and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh Craig, Sr.; his mother, Mable Craig Stahl; one brother, Johnny Craig; one sister; Betty Kirby and a grandson, Hugh Craig, IV.

He is survived by one daughter, Amanda Brown of Trumann; two sons, Paul S. Craig of Florida and Hugh "Pokey" Craig, III of Smithville; three sisters, Sharon Helms of Memphis, Brenda Blagg of Trumann and Linda Harmon of Sherman, La.; one brother, Walter Lee Craig of Tamarac, Fla. and three grandchildren, Cari Brown, Tyler Brown and Dakota Craig.

Funeral Services were Thursday, Feb. 17, 2005 at Emerson Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro with Rev. Tommy Jordan officiating.
