She was born in Poinsett County, was a seamstress, field laborer and member of the First Assembly of God in Harrisburg. She loved art and painting and was very active with the Harrisburg Senior Citizens.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hyder Moore and Oma Neal Moore Bales; her husband, Ben Craft and son, Leon Pennington.
She is survived by our sisters, Maxine Baty of Kentucky, Billie Barton of Bakersfield, Mo., Thelma Hickman of Mountain Home and Regina Fay Denton of Bakersfield, Mo.; two brothers, Wilburn King of West Plains, Mo. and J.H. Moore of Bakersfield, Mo.; two sons, Glen Pennington of Gilson, Ill. and David Pennington of Harrisbug; one daughter, Glenda Fowelr of Collierville, Tenn.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were Thursday, May 19, 2005, at Amy Cemetery near West Plains, Mo.
