Edgar Elbert Prichard

Edgar Elbert Prichard, 61, of Fairdealing, Mo., died on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

He was born in Chicago, Ill. and had lived in San Diego, Calif. before moving to Fairdealing two years ago. He owned a taxi meter service in San Diego and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by one sister, Ruby Loyce Prichard and his parents, Clyde Edward and Rosie Hill Prichard.

He is survived by two daughters, Rosie Dawn Prichard of San Diego, Calif. and Pamela Prichard of Albuqurque, New Mexico; one son, Edward James Divine of Atlanta, Ga.; one sister, Mrs. Gail Davault of Cartersville, Ga. And four brothers, James Edward Prichard of Downers Grove, Ill., Clyde Earl Prichard of Tulsa, Okla., William E. "Bill" Prichard of Highlandville, Mo. and Jimmy Dale "J.D." Prichard of Fairdealing, Mo.

Funeral services were Saturday, June 11, 2005 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Bobby Brooks officiating. A private burial was held at Nettleton Cemetery in Jonesboro.
