James Theodore Goucher, 42, formerly of Harrisburg (Central), died Monday, August 29, 2005 at his home in Traveler's Rest, South Carolina. He was a long time resident of the Central Community and he attended Central School.

He was born in Michigan City, Ind.

He is survived by his parents, Nelson Eddie Goucher, Sr. and Mrs. Shirley Johnson; a brother, Nelson E. Goucher, Jr.; one sister Lisa Olinda; a step-mother, Merle Brown; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorial services were Saturday, September 3, 2005 at Central Missionary Church in Trumann. Burial followed in the Old Harrisburg Cemetery in Harrisburg.
