Woodrow Marshall "Woody" Upchurch, 53, of Trumann died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2005 at Regional Medical Center of NEA in Jonesboro.

He was born in California and had lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was a general laborer and of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Edith Joy Sanderson and his uncle, Hollis Sanderson.

Survivors include his cousins, Joyce Jaynes, Carl Bullock, Jimmy Dale Bullock, Bobby Lee Bullock, Willie Ed Bullock, Fannie Mae Kent, and Rae Nell Crumpton.

Graveside service were Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro with Bro. Tommy Jordan officiating. Burial followed under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann.
