Paul Cecil Cook, 82, of Caraway died Friday, Feb. 17, 2006 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Cook was born in Wilburton, Okla., had lived in Caraway for the past five years and was formerly of Trumann.

Cook was a retired farm laborer and of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers and was the son of the late Luther and Letha Bowling Cook.

He is survived by several nephews.

Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 20, 2006 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home, with Rev. Jessie Hodges officiating. Burial followed in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.

Nephews served as pallbearers.
