Barbara "Dubby" Sewell, 68, of Liberty, died Monday, May 1, 2006 at the Bayside Community Hospital in Anahuac.

She was born October 22, 1937 in Paragould to her parents, Ira Randall and Ardena Downey Randall.

She was a member of the Baptist faith and a homemaker who enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her mother Ardena Randall of Mammoth Springs; her children, Debbie Sullivan and her husband Daniel of Liberty, Raymond Sewell and his wife Dolly of Truman, and Dena Sewell of Florida; one sister, Betty Grigory of Mammoth Springs; one brother James Randall of Aliceville, Miss.; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ira Randall and one daughter, Dixie Reeves.

Sewell will be cremated at her request. Services are under the direction of Sterling Funeral Home in Anahuac.
