Patsy Jean Hendrix, 72, of Trumann, died Friday, May 12, 2006 at the family residence in Trumann.

Hendrix was born in and a lifetime resident of Trumann. She was retired from the United Telephone Company and Southern Pioneer and a member of the Freer Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Franklin D. Hendrix who died in 1994; one sister; one brother and her parents, Orval and Mardell Clouse McCoy.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Cindy Hendrix of Trumann; three sisters, Janice McDaniel, Zada Massey and Faith McCoy all of Trumann; one brother, David McCoy of Walls, Miss., and her little Chihuahua, Sage.

Funeral services were Saturday, May 13 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.

Burial followed in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro.

Pallbearers were Derek Adams, Randy Davis, Alan McClung, Bill Wagner, Danny Pippinger and Charles Osment.
