Curtis Eugene Wheeler

Curtis Eugene "Gene" Wheeler, 77, of Trumann died Sunday, June 4 at his

residence.

He was a retired automotive mechanic and member of the Living Waters

Pentecostal Church in Tyronza.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Wheeler; nine daughters, Vickie Long and

Carol Atkinson, both of Dyess, Donetta Cooksey, Bevy Wheeler and Ginger

Dunlap, all of Marked Tree, Patricia Henderson of Wilson, Vickkie Carnes of

Earle, Diana Jackson of Blytheville and Robin Moore of Puyallup, Wash.;

seven sons, Ricky Wheeler and Danny Wheeler, both of Trumann, Tony Wheeler

of West Memphis, Joe Wheeler of Dyess, Kenneth Wheeler and Rodger Wheeler,

both of Kansas City, Kan and Vince Wheeler of Indianapolis, Ind.; four

sisters, Virginia Brown, Cindy Mayberry and Patricia Kinney, all of West

Memphis and Cathy Wheeler of Memphis; one brother, Donnie Wheeler of McCory

and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Wednesday, June 7 at the chapel of Roller Citizens

Funeral Home in West Memphis. Burial followed at Crittenden Memorial Park in

Marion.
