Beatrice Lucille Cunningham Stacy

Mrs. Beatrice Lucille Cunningham Stacy was born on Monday, February 12, 1917 the daughter of the late T. E. and Clara Bryant Allen. Mrs. Stacy died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2006 at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 89.

She was born in Greenfield and had lived in Trumann and Jensen Beach, Fla. before moving to Jonesboro four years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Trumann.

Mrs. Stacy was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Stacy; one sister, Goldie Baker and her parents.

Survivors include one son, and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Linda Cunningham of Germantown, Tenn.; one daughter and son-in-law, Kay and Ron Massey of Jonesboro; two sisters, Nadine Hopper of Bono and Clara Faye Austin of Naylor, Mo.; three brothers, J.T. Allen and Jimmy Allen both of Trumann and Everett Allen of Corpus Christi, Tex.; two grandsons, Chad and Heath Cunningham and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Friday, Sept. 15 in the chapel of Thomson Funeral Home of Trumann with Dr. Tad Rogers officiating. Burial followed in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro.

Pallbearers were be Chad Cunningham, Heath Cunningham, Brad Moon, Kenny Allen, Glen Muse, Josh Wiles, Gaylon Muse, Travis Sherman and Larry Loggins.
