Mattie Lou (Clem) Lewis, 93, of Trumann died Thursday, Dec. 14 at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born in Ripley, Tenn., and had lived most of her lifetime in the Trumann area. She was a housewife and a member of the Eastside Baptist Church in Trumann.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Lee Lewis in 1982; three sisters; five brothers and was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Mollie Grigsby Clem.

Survivors include one daughter, Katie Jane Johnston of Trumann, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Sunday, Dec. 17 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, with Rev. Kenny Guy McMahan officiating. Burial followed in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
