Bobby Ray Crowe

Bobby Ray Crowe, 67, of Jonesboro, formerly of Trumann, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2006 at the family residence.

Born in Bassett, he lived in Jonesboro for the last two years moving there after living a lifetime in Trumann. Mr. Crowe owned and operated Bob's Heat and Air and was an electrician for the Trumann Public Schools for twenty-five years, and an active member of the Cornerstone Free Will Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents E. C. and Thelma Smith Crowe; two sisters and five brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Patty Crowe; three daughters, Dana Crowe, Marla and Buddy Blake, Mindy and Chris Watkins; one son, Brad and Susan Sharp and nine grandchildren, Ashley Blake, Danielle Blake, Michaela Blake, Secret Rackley, Cody Sharp, Sara Sharp, Lane Sharp, Taylor Stewart and Kailee Watkins

Funeral service were Thursday, Dec. 28 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral home in Trumann with Rev. Dale Blackwell and Bro. Martin Passmore officiating. Burial followed at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann.

Pallbearers were Jim Shrout, Jim Allen, Joe Waleszonia, Derek Blackwell, Terry Boothe and Ron Taylor.

Honorary Pallbearers were Lowell Christopher, Dr. Scott Hoke, Dr. Brock Harris, Curtis Green, Rick Dillinger, Sheila Dillinger, Ron Owens, Dr. Patrick Savage, Dr. William Hubbard, Dr. Marc Monte and the faculty and staff of Trumann Public Schools.
