Mrs. Wanda Lou Beyersdorf, 79, of Trumann died Sunday, March 18, 2007 at Craighead Nursing Center in Jonesboro. She was born in Viola and had lived most of her lifetime in the Trumann area. She was a former office manager for the Kohn Bray Gas Company in Trumann, member of the First United Methodist Church in Trumann where she was past president of the United Methodist Women and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Vonda Holt; four brothers, Herman, Jewell, Victor and Kenneth "Cap" Faulkenberry and her parents, Walker Clayton and Myrtle Emma Gentry Faulkenberry.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Louis T. Beyersdorf of the home; two daughters, Deborah and son-in-law, Dr. Doug Maglothin of Jonesboro; Donna and son-in-law Andy Rogers of Little Rock; four grandchildren, Angelia and husband Jeff Herren, Emily Maglothin all of Jonesboro, Doug Maglothin Jr. and Erica Rogers both of Little Rock.

Funeral services were Wednesday, March 21 at the First United Methodist Church in Trumann with Rev. Jim Wilson and Rev. Rex Holt officiating. Burial followed in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Jonesboro under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. Pallbearers were Doug Maglothin, Jr., Jeff Herren, Rev. Rex Holt, David Halfacre, Jim Tice and Scotty Taylor.
