Calvin "Cal" Eugene Blasingame, 35, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2007.

Funeral services were Monday, May 7 at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jarold Vickers officiating.

Burial followed at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Stephenville.

Calvin was born Jan. 21, 1792 in Jonesboro to Calvin Edward and Janice Boyd Blasingame. He has resided in Stephenville for the past 14 years moving there from Jonesboro. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. He served in the US Army.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, JD Boyd and paternal grandparents JM and Opal Blasingame.

He is survived by his parents, Calvin and Janice Blasingame of Stephenville; one sister, Heather Jennings, and husband, Jeremy of Stpehenville; his grandmother, Kathryn Boyd of Trumann and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
