Born in Tyronza on Friday, December 29, 1939, she was the daughter of the late James B. and Juanita Penley Timbs. She had lived in Trumann since 1954. She was a housewife and member of the Christian Worship Center in Trumann.
Williams was preceded in death by her first husband, Garland J.R. "Sonny" Rouse; one sister, Terri Blackwell; one brother, Jimmy Timbs and her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse T. Williams of the home; a daughter, Karen Renay Adkins of Wynne; two sons, Don Wayne Rouse and Michael Ray Rouse both of Trumann; five sisters, June Goodin, Sherry Jordan, Connie Weatherford and Patty Lancaster all of Trumann and Paula Birdsong of Carthage, Tenn.; three brothers, Buddy Timbs, Douglas Timbs and Don Timbs all of Trumann; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Sunday, July 1 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Tommy Jordan officiating. Burial followed in the Holly Springs Cemetery near Harrisburg.
Pallbearers were Richard Clayton, Gary Clayton, Harley Timbs, David Jarrett, Tommy Jordan, Jr., Shane Blackwell, Don Timbs Jr., Nickey Weatherford and Larry Glenn Timbs.
