Johnathan Grant Long, 20, of Trumann died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007 from injuries received in a one car accident near Trumann.

He was born on Wednesday, June 17, 1987, the son of Marlin Grant and Etta White Long. He was born in West Memphis and was a lifetime resident of the Trumann and Harrisburg area. He was employed at RDM Cabinet Company, a 2005 Graduate of Trumann High School and a member of the Maple Grove Baptist Church near Trumann. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Elmer Long and Grady White of Trumann.

He is survived by his parents, Marlin Grant and Etta White Long of the home; two sisters, Kristen McDaniel and Lin Long both of Trumann; his grandmothers, Addie Bell Long of Harrisburg and Ann White of Trumann; two nieces, Billie Owens and Gracie Long; three nephews, Garrett McDaniel, Addison Cox and Brody McDaniel; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were Monday, Aug. 27 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Alan Payne officiating. Burial follow in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro.

Pallbearers were Derek Robinson, Andrew Hopper, David Parker, Weston Moon, J.R. McDaniel and Josh Bowen.
