Lollis Hendrix

Lollis W. "Butch" Hendrix, 65, of Evening Shade died Friday, Sept. 21, 2007 at his home. He was born June 10, 1942 at Flint, Mich. to Lollis Wayne and Juanita Hendrix. He was a self employed carpenter and of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Hendrix, of the home; his mother, Juanita Herling of Warren, Mich.; five sisters, Nandra Mitchell of Fladwin, Mich., Laura Addis of Troy, Mich., Kim Morgan of Roseburg, Ore., Tierney Garrett and Bronwyn Springland, both of Garfield, Ark; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were Wednesday, Sept. 26 at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Larry Loggins officiating.

Pallbearers were Matt Baukus, Russel Baukus, Aaron Hallmark, Donald Walton, Chris Penna, Allen Milligan, Bobby Huskey and Tim Cook. Honorary pallbearers were Harold Gray, Dick Mitchell, Paul Addis, Junior Hendrix, Tommy Hendrix, Kenny Hendrix, Doug Hendrix, Jerry Hendrix, Scotty Hendrix, Robert D. Hendrix, Mike Hendrix, Phillip Hendrix, Jordan Hendrix, Coly Mitchel, Jay Hendrix, Edwin Hendrix and Brett Hendrix.
