Ronald Allan Stephens

Mr. Ronald Allan Stephens, 55, of Trumann died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007 at St. Bernard's Medical Center of Jonesboro. He was born in San Pedro, Calif., and the son of Walter and Lavern Hogan Stephens. Stephens was a retired trucking company owner and of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Mr. Stephens is survived by his wife, Wanda Stotts Stephens of the home; one daughter, Corie (David) Swarts of Mira Loma, Calif.; one son, Chad (Chris) Stephens of Nuevo, Calif.; two step-sons, John Tull and Spencer (Tiffany) Tull, both of Jonesboro; mother, Mrs. Lavern Stephens; two sisters, Loretta Winters of Phelan, Calif. and Janis (Ron) Soto of Laguna Hills, Calif.; one brother Ray (Patti) Stephens of Chico, Calif. and four grandchildren, Chad Kenmore Stephens, Cody Stephens, MaKinzie Ogden and Makala Swarts.

Funeral service were Wednesday, Oct. 10 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral of Trumann with Dr. Jim Shaw officiating. Burial followed in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro with Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Stotts,Jr., Rodney Stotts, Jay Haag, Gary Hogan, Toby Kelly and Danny Milliken.

Honorary pallbearers were Spencer Tull and John Tull.
