Mrs. Frankie Hathaway

Frankie Hathaway, 72, of Harrisburg died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2007 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. Mrs. Hathaway was born in Searcy the daughter of the late Frank and Lola Banks Brooks, had lived in Harrisburg five years and was formerly of Trumann. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Trumann and currently attended the Hillside United Pentecostal Church of Harrisburg.

Mrs. Hathaway was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two daughters, Delilah Spillman and Jo Della Harrison both of Harrisburg; one sister, Mary Jane Soles of Joplin, Mo.; three grandchildren, Shayne Grimes, Amy Williams and Donnie Hathaway; five great-grandchildren, Josie Grimes, Tyler Williams, Emily Grimes, Scott Hathaway and Audrey Hathaway.

Funeral services were Sunday Oct. 7, 2007 at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Trumann with Rev. David Mitchell officiating. Burial followed at McDaniel Cemetery in Jonesboro with Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers were Shayne Grimes, Donnie Hathaway, Billy Williams, Jonathan Skaggs, Edwin "Bubba" Harrison and Mike Champlain.
