Stephen Glenn Cook Wages

Stephen Glenn Cook Wages, 56, of Trumann died Monday, March 17, 2008 at the family residence. He was born in Forrest City and had lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was a renowned musician and southern legend, member of the Steve Wages and the Bad Habit Band and attended the Revival Center Church in Lepanto.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marzene Fisher.

Survivors include three daughters, Anita Brister of Jayess, Miss., Tina Seabolt of Marked Tree and Tracy Woodand of Madison, Tenn.; three sons, Stephen Glenn Wages of Nashville, Tenn., Chris Daniels of Jayess, Miss., and Stephen Glenn Wages of Millington, Tenn., two sisters, Janice Lovelace of Harrisburg, and Judy Hall of Manila; two brothers, Kenneth Fisher of Houston, Tex. and Chuckie Fisher of Manila and 12 grandchildren.

Funeral services were Thursday, March 20 at the Revival Center Church in Lepanto with Rev. Tom Hazlewood, Rev. Larry Reed and Rev. Rudy Thrasher officiating. Burial will followed in the Bolivar Cemetery near Harrisburg.

Pallbearers were Chuckie Fisher, Braden Byrd, Kenneth Fisher, Bobby McPherson, Mike Brister, Billy Spence and Lewis Gardner.
