Randy Gilpin, 48 of Trumann died Thursday, July 31, 2008, at St. Bernard's Medical Center. He had lived in Trumann for 13 years moving from Pocahontas. He was of the Baptist belief, loved to fish and was preceded in death by his father, W. A. Gilpin.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Roxy Gilpin, of the home; daughters, Mary Gilpin, of the home; LaToshia Presley and husband Scott of Truman; mother, Geraldine Gilpin, Holcomb, Missouri; brothers, Gary Gilpin, St. Louis, Missouri; Rick Gilpin, Holcomb; Jimmy Gilpin, Kennett, Missouri; grandchildren, Braiden Presley and Lynden Davis.
